What do you mean "I need to set uy X window"? That could be anything from creating a program which opens a window to starting the x server from a tty input.

There is no distrimution called "Ubuntu Enterprise" - though this name is sometimes used to refer to the server edition... is this what you mean?

gnu/linux servers default to a text-only interface - this is the best practice way of running a server.
To put a gui on it, you input:

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop

Seriously - if this is to be a desktop workstation, then you are better advised to obtain a desktop edition. If this is to be a server, then learn to use the CLI. Ideally, servers are run headless too (no monitor or keyboard).
