Two questions. Dual linux distro boot, KDE and Gnome

More noob questions from me. I apologise if I ask stupid things first of all. Now to my qestions.

This is just curiosity. Will I be ale to install 2 different distros at the same machine (RH9 and Mandrake 9.2) or do I have to erase the old install?

KDE and Gnome question now. When installing RH9, I noticed that you could install KDE and Gnome. I chose Gnome (random choice). Suppose I picked both, how would I change the manager?

Thanks

Yea definitely possible, but its best not to share any partitions except swap and maybe /tmp

In the graphical login screen there should be a Session button, that is where you choose your desktop/window manager, and you can still install KDE from the CD.
