Trying to open steam - Counter strike on Linux mint, it's downloaded


Hi! I downloaded Steam and counter strike the other day.
Now im trying to open steam and counter strike, but neither will open for me, there are 4 things i can press on the desktop called

steam.desktop
Steam.Ink
Counter-strike.url
counter.strike.desktop.

All i want to do is to open them but it sais that the file is not Marked as executable and it may be dangerous to open, but how Do i open it, is my question? I appreciate the help.
