Found camera that works and Then how to make it work in Skype !!
CIF Single Chip (/dev/video0) (a no-name camera has no brand on it anywhere) Clear, perfect clarity and color in Cheese. But, still snow in Skype. Till I found this solution!!!

To make skype work !!

In terminal write:

LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so skype
Now to get skype to start up with this working, in your startup:
from the menu:

system->Preferences->Sessions

click on the "Startup Programs" tab, put in the eterm commandline:

#!/bin/sh
export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so 
skype &
Then when your computer starts so will your skype PERFECTLY!
