how to place RSU in SUMO simulator??.that is how "car" is placed in SUMO, like that i need for RSU......please help me...

I don't remember ever reading about anybody who actually got a result with Sumo / MOVE.
And if they did, they didn't tell how they achieved that result ?
You will simply have to use Google and look for something usable.
.. And of course read all the documentation etc. listed in post #29,
as many times as it takes to know every bit of it.

It's like learning how to drive a car :
After two years of practice you should be a fairly good driver.
I think to really know Sumo, you will also have to use some (many?) months of practicing.
