squid 2.6.stable7 - I can only download part of a program.

Hi all,

Using squid 2.6.stable7 when i download any program from the internet i only receive part of the total size, for example if the program i'm downloading is 22.0 megabytes i only receive 5.0 megabytes but yet the download reports complete.
I can surf the net, use msn messenger with out any problems but only get incomplete downloads.

Please help.

Kind Regards.
Leslie
