Restricting Download based on total download using Squid,SARG& Webmin

Hi,

I'm using SARG & Webmin on my RHEL ES 3 to get a report of squid access.I found the option ' per_user_limit file MB ' in sarg.conf . If I enable that option and specify a file and a size in MB , is it possible to disable internet download automatically to all users that appear in the file . what is the extra action to be done to achieve that.

Regards,

Jomy
