You installed -current (the development version that will lead to the next stable release, in this case, it will be 15.0), but you set your mirror to track 14.2, which is the latest stable release, but it's 5+ years old with a LOT of incompatible libraries for the programs in -current. slackpkg is designed to upgrade Slackware, but not downgrade. Downgrading will lead to a broken system.

Your best bet in potentially salvaging this is to boot off your -current installation media and just rerun the install. It will overwrite the previous programs that were downgraded and should keep anything else untouched. However, depending on how much damage the downgrading did, your conf files and files in your home directory may conflict with what the programs expect and could cause crashes.

The easiest thing would be to just wipe and reinstall. Make a mental note to always ensure your slackpkg mirror is set to the correct Slackware version you're running.
