Shortcut keys in Midnight Commander

Hi,

The visual file manager Midnight Commander has the menus Left, File, Command, Options and Right.

Is there any shortcut key to open these menus?

that's right.

Just one more question, I want to select a group of files in the midnight commander to delete later.

I do '+' to appear the select menu, then I want to select to 2 kind of files (*.log and *.out).

What I currently do is press '+' and write *.log and press Enter, then I press again '+' and write *.out and press Enter.
Now I've selected these 2 types of files in a directory.

What I want to know is if there's a Regular expression that allows to select these 2 type of files at once.
For example, I do '+', then I write *.[log|out], and press Enter. (These example don't work, it's just to explain myself).

The name of the files that I want to select at once are:
1.out
3.out
5.out
2.log
4.log
6.log

I don't known how to use regular expressions, maybe it is not supported by mc, but you can separate multiple patterns by coma:
Quote:
*.ini,*.log
