Sendmail & Virtusertable

Hi.
I have a quick question:

I have a mailserver running Sendmail which uses Virtusertable.
This works great.. Delivering mail for many domains, to local users. I have one question though...

When I have added a new user to the system, and added:
@domain.com akilles

to Virtusertable... Do I have to reload any config or anything, to make Sendmail use the new line??
