Seem to have a similar YVM problem as another thread

Im facing similar issue and my http:ipaddress repo.xml file(28, 'Connection timed out after 30001 milliseconds'), its getting stuck at base command line

Please explain some more about your problem, that other one is 12 years in the past. Can you please update what command you have tried in order to get to this problem point, along with the distribution you are using.
