i'm using this repositories for my ubuntu 5.10

Did you run apt-get update then?

I think there is a typo. It should be:

deb-src http://packages.freecontrib.org/ubuntu/plf breezy free non-free

yes i did apt-get update

but there is one more thing

i did

and when i opend synaptic i got this
