remove Fed16 from system

I have a Toshiba lap top , windows 7 OS I installed Fed16 on it as a second OS and I Fed16 and only keep win7 to remove I have reparationed it and on start up it still shows any way I can remove it on start up so it opens into windows and not having to scroll down to windows. I am real new to computers so I need step by step instructions so I don't screw my main system up

use Gparted live CD to reformat the drive
windows can not see nor will it ever be able to read a NON Microsoft partition format ( fedora 16 LVM or ext4)
then reinstall the windows bootloader

see the microsoft web site for instructions on that

step 1
call Microsoft on the phone
and order a install dvd for win7
they will mail you one for free ( snail mail)

that is to reinstall the OS if a mistake is made

and you will need it to reinstall the windows bootloader
