Redhat 8.0 GUI Login

I somehow lost my GUI login for Redhat 8.0 and can only use the text base one and I can't figure out how to get it back. Can anyone help?

Open /etc/inittab
There shoud be a line that says:

id:3:initdefault

Change the 3 to a 5

its already set to 5
i did change the last line of inittab, but i dont remember what its supposed to be originally something like

x:5:something something something

does that have anything to do with it?
could you post the original line?
is there another solution?

My RedHat 8.0 inittab reads

x:5:respawn:/etc/X11/prefdm -nodaemon
