Great. Now if you actually told us WHAT problems you're having with WHICH hardware, we might be able to offer advice.
And since you're using RHEL, contact RedHat support since you're paying for it with your RHEL subscription.

usb 2-5: new low speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 19
usb 2-5: device not accepting address 19, error -110
hub 2-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 5. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
usb 2-5: new low speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 21
The USB mouse does not work after I activate my internet connection. I am using a USB Modem (Datacard).
Any Advice on this ?

Ok...a bit more information. How about what KIND of datacard? What have you tried? Tried plugging in the mouse after the modem? What kind of hardware (laptop/desktop???)
Also, RHEL 5.3 is old...still supported, but old. Latest I believe is 5.5, and there are times an updated kernel will fix the modules related to the 110 error (low-level USB communications error). If you're using a laptop, you'd be far better off with Ubuntu, openSUSE, or any other 'consumer-grade' distro. Hardware such as USB modems, sound, etc., that aren't found on servers, is much better supported. RHEL is meant for SERVERS. And again....have you contacted RHEL support?? If you're not paying for support/patches, you should NOT be using RHEL.
