Recoonect ftp without exiting ftp connection !


Friends ,

When I make ftp from another machine then after several time, ftp makes disconnected . Like :

ftp> mget file1 file2
ftp> dir
Not connected.

I just want to reconnect ftp without exiting ftp connection . How can I do it ?

Use the "open" command.
Code:
ftp> mget file1 file2
ftp> dir
Not connected.
ftp> open remote_host_name
