pup-431.sfs not found

I am trying to run a Puppuy Linux live CD on a Windows 2000 laptop and I keep getting this message: pup-431.sfs not found...dropping out to initial-ramdisk console.

How can I get the live CD to work ...I don't want to install Puppy Linux yet. Please help...I am a complete newbie!

I have the same issue reported trying both pup-431-small and pup-432-full iso's (9660). The files all appear to be burned on the CD, with the correct permissions. pup-4.1 k2-6.25.16 boots fine. IBM T22, 896.12MHZ, P-III Coppermine, IDE ATA Hitachi_DK23CA-2 SCSI disk drive, DVD-ROM GD-S200. Used Imgburn in "Write" Mode to place the ISO to the CD. Been awhile since I burned an ISO image. Did I miss a step?
