Programs udner wine cant to my fake windows drive

every time I try to install a exe with wine I get a error from the executable saying that it cant write to my windows drive (my fake drive) but I double cehcked the permissions and tthere all for hte user im in (non-roo)? Any ideas?

Set the permissions to 777 with chmod. That should be your only problem as far as how you described it.
