birjodh Member Registered: Jun 2007 Posts: 44 Rep:	problem with tun hiii i am new with the tun/tap device i installed successfully the tun/tap driver. it appears under /dev/net/tun. My Question is how to attach the /dev/net/tun to tun0 for example so that it may appear when i run ifconfig and may bridge it with eth0 ?? thanks in advance. for any reference u can see http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...d.php?t=505473 i just want to know hoe to use ifconfig and route so that when i ping then the client program here actualy receives data from tu0 interface
