Welcome to LQ

You probably want to look at something like fetchmail and/or procmail to divert your mail to your machine. That or you should setup your mail client to grab the mail from your email server, assuming your email server has pop or imap setup on it.

Fetchmail and/or procmail are probably already on system (you didn't say which distro though...) so you won't need to grab them, just configure them. If you don't have em, head over to:
www.freshmeat.net
And search for their homepages, where you will also find documentation on setting them up.

Cool

Thanks for the reply.

Well, I have created a file name .fetchmailrc. But I dont know whether this file is working.

After , I stop the iptables services, now I can receive and send email from my email server. I know it is not secure. I think I have to edit the iptables.

Do you know any iptables rules that allow incoming mail by the email server.?
Thanks in advance.

You should only need to open port 25. I don't have a great deal of experience in IPTables, but if you can simply allow connections on port 25, that should be it.

Cool
