problem on install icecc

Hi All

I got a question here, i try to install icecc of apt-get install but, it seems does not have on the list, so i download it(icecc_2.9-1_i386.deb) from ,after that i comannd in #dpkg -i icecc_2.9-1_i386.deb, it show the following msg
(Reading database ... 28689 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace icecc 2.9-1 (using icecc_2.9-1_i386.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement icecc ...
Setting up icecc (2.9-1) ...

its seems success install, but the problem comes up, icecc didnt show it on the menu?? and i have also use #update-menus, pls tell me what it wrong with it ??
