Smile problem install Linux OS using NFS server with kickstart feature.


Hi please help me...:

Question:

1. I am using Red Hat enterprise AS 3, now i want to setup this as my NFS server for install other pc OS via network NFS server.

2. I already success install client pc via NFS server.



Problem:

1. Now i want to try to using "kickstart" feature" to install client PC via NFS server, i face a problem. ok. i already configure kickstart file "ks.cfg" and than save to my server one of the directory, and also i COPY to my BOOT Floppy disk. ok, i boot from this floppy at the boot prompt i key the command: linux ks=floppy dd , than i boot into screen than ask me put the driver disk than i put already, than ERROR COME OUT "CANNOT FOUND ks.cfg FILE" ????? i already copy the file "ks.cfg" which i create by my NFS server and put into this boot floppy disk already. Please help to solve my problem.... THANK YOU VERY MUCH....

ks.cfg

try booting it from nfs
booting from CD 1 or DVD
boot: linux ks=nfs:<server:>/<path>

floppy it will look for ks.cfg
boot: linux ks=floppy
