Plasma question

I have a question about plasmoids. Some of them seem to require something that I can't figure out. When adding some of the items to the desktop, it tells me that they can not be displayed because it could not create a python ScriptEngine. Is this a matter of missing packages? I have python installed, at least portions of it as I am not that familiar with it. Any help would be appreciated.

Some of the plasmoids don't work (yet), I've especially found this with the ones that have no icon associated with them.
