You can try editing /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf and deleting the last line:
options snd-usb-audio index=-2
which may prevent the device working. You could also look at this

I don't have wireless speakers/headphones, but I do have USB ones and they do not like Ubuntu. For the record, they work out of the box with AntiX, Arios, CentOS, Fedora, Manjaro, Mint (not LMDE), Parsix, Pinguy, Salix, and Solus. Other distros require a script, Ubuntu just fails.
