OK - finally got Mandrake 9.2 reinstalled and doing what I ask of it (in my very limted capability) - EXCEPT that I'd really like to be able to see my networked printer and maybe even be able to use it...lol!

Basic info...

Printer is a HP Deskjet 930C attached to a Win 98 box (my gateway - don't ask)
Printer is set up as shared under Windoze - other Windoze machines in my LAN don't have any troubles with it...

How do I go about getting access to this printer from a networked Mandrake 9.2 machine?

All other networking issues appear to be fine - can access the net and see my other machines fine...

Even a pointer to some text that might help me out would be a good start...lol!

I've tried the "find printers" under cups GUI - but it can't find the printer at all...

Did a bit more searching around the forums and found an answer... the printer is working now...
