Link to Red Hat. Note: since a person needs to pay for support to use Red Hat past its 30 day evaluation period, you should be able to contact support and they will assist you. You are paying, right?

If you are not paying for the support you should use one of the community versions like CentOS.

and WHY!!!! intentionally install a out of date os only to upgrade it and skip one version?????

that is a heck of a lot of UNNEEDED work

if you need the older 6 series then install the current
RHEL 6.7

if you do NOT NEED as in MUST USE a old version
then install the current RHEL 7.1

but it is not free
The standard one year DESKTOP contract is $299
for a server $ 399 to over $8,000 per year
