I have gotten Linux Mint: Cinnamon mostly installed however I can not figure out how to connect to the internet or to get compatibility with the nvidia hardware, just to start and I also have another problem accessing files and what not from Windows partions, help getting the rest up and running will be very much appreciated as I am VERY desperate to get away from Win 11 and all of MS's money grabbing and client base hating policies!

You need to tell us a LOT more!
First: is your NIC even detected? Are we talking wired or WiFi NIC? Do you know the chipset? Have you checked the DMESG report or boot log?

Second: Why would you want to access WINDOWS partitions? Are these partitions on the boot device, a separate device, or a different host?

For both: hat have you already looked at or tried? What did you find?

You have given us NO information about your hardware platform, what you started from, what you did, how you did it, software versions, or anything else that might give us a place to start. It might pay, when you have time, to look at the guides here that advise on how to ask smarter question.

Finally: nothing here is URGENT. You might view it as urgent, but while people here want to help there is no one getting paid to solve problems posted here, so no message is more urgent than any other message. That means that it may be counterproductive to use that word in the title of your thread. Not against any rules, just not wise.

In addition, look at the output of the command:
lspci

Post the output of the line that shows your wifi or ethernet depending on how you are trying to connect.

You should disable Windows fast startup. That actually hibernates the system versus shutdown.
Post the output of the command:

lsblk --output name,fstype,label,mountpoint

That will show what partition i.e. "Windows Drive" you need to mount.

In truth my friend, I am just very overwhelmed by all of this and really have no idea where to even start and if you could do me the favour of talking to me like I am five it would be much appreciated, not that I am unable to comprehend what you are saying, only to make a complicated and tedious thing as easy as possible, when I was talking about partitions I was meaning to imply duel booting, and I as I have said, I really have no clue where to start and I am hoping to take it one thing at a time, far as my comprehension goes, I have the usb OS running, but not fully installed on my computer, been trying to install it but it just seems to sit at „detecting file systems“, programming is at the moment a very big stretch on my knowledge as I have little! In any case your patients is appreciated! As for the wifi/Ethernet I have no clue how to do the manual setup and I do now know if the installer needs internet.

When trying to install did you get to the installation type page?
Did it show an option for "install Linux Mint alongside"

Welcome to LQ!!! Empathy for having problems with Linux device drivers. It is very common unless you have an old PC that's fully supported. (I recently gave up on slackware, "a hat too big for me") Also, here's a long and detailed article about asking questions on the internet:

I know this is a longshot, but might you have a backup of the important files from that drive prior to the reformat?

I hate to say you are out of luck with recovery, but you might well be out of luck with recovery without a backup.

I tend to keep backups of pretty much all files I acquire, for example I have mods for skyrim\fallout\xplane 11 that no longer exist on the internet for download and yes I still have them, I may have had to sacrifice one of my 1 Terabyte ED's for this endeavor but I did take the necessary precautions to ensure that the files I may still need\use in the future will be available for use. I have two 1TB Exterior Drives and a 4TB Exterior Drive for my game storage.

I am not to sure of what you mean, but I will try to answer, what I did see were three options one to replace linux (which I guess refers to to the install drives copy) one to wipe a drive or something along those lines and the last option was I believe it said "Something Else" where you make\choose partitions or something. but no nothing like "install Linux Mint alongside". forgot to mention, when I was trying to do the partitions I kept seeing a message that was saying it failed to unmount /cdrom or something like that and I noticed a drive that had the same name and beside it was a key symbol.

sorry about that, i am not intentionally trying to be counterproductive, just muddle minded is all and I am sure you also understand how everything can end up looking far more complicated and stressing when you have little to no clue as to what to do, I am good with technology but it is a wonder I have managed to get as far as I did and I would very much prefer to get it installed correctly, then to end up like those who only go for help once they fail along with doing irreversible damage to their system!

Hopefully Dual booting and not Duel booting. Wouldn't want them fighting each other. LOL

LOL, ya and if it did come to it, I would probably make sure Linux would win!
