Your questions are tooo vague, you need to ask more concrete things. Besides that, this smells like homework, which is not allowed on these forums.

However, all you ask, except for the file management, are kernel-land related things, which means that it doesn't really matter if it's Fedora or any other distribution, since they all share the same kernel. I advice you to give this book a read:

Linux kernel in a nutshell

I also advice you to use a better title the next time. When people see meaningless titles like the one you used they usually skip the thread. So do I usually.

easy!

1. no
2. no
3. no
4. no
5. no

reason: fedora is a GNU/Linux distribution not an OS/kernel. as for the linux kernel that's a different matter:

1. don't know what other people think about it
2. yes
3. yes
4. yes
5. interrupt -> interrupt handler.
buffer overflow: since it's written in C i don't know if it handels them in any way but i don't really know anything useful about it.

advice: use google :::

I also believe this looks like homework....

rushingdevil;

Please tell us more about the context of these questions, and what you have found on Google and in your books and reference material.
