Sounds VERY much like a homework question. If you want to know how to install a software package, you should start by
READING THE INSTRUCTIONS, which can usually be found on their web page, like the instructions for testrail:

And we have no idea what you mean by "ROM servers". More importantly, if you have no idea why they're used/needed, why are you going to install them???
