Mysterious problem trying to reboot or shuwdown

On Debian Testing LXDE the only option my shuw-down menu' was showing were cancel and log-off.
Thanks to an internet tutorial I was able to install hal and to get all the other options (reboot, sleep ecc ecc)
BUT
When I try to power off or to reboot the computer this error appears
Code:
rejected send message 1 matched rules type= method_call...
I know this has something to do with the group my user is inserted, but I really cannot find any guide on the internet in order to solve my problem.

Solved following this guide: http://wiki.lxde.org/en/Debian#Confi...2C_and_Suspend.

You have to:
1. Run this command as root: gpasswd -a user powerdev
2. Reboot

Now it works.
