Msi Wind U100 + Puppy

Hey, slight problem here, I installed puppy linux using unetbootin using my usb, I installed puppy to the hard drive. All went well except when I rebooted and tried to boot into puppy. All I get is a black screen with the number 3 on the upper left hand corner.

I booted into puppy using my usb just to see if it really installed on the hard drive and sure enough it did. So any suggestions would be helpful.

And yes I installed the bootloader on MBR.
