mouse wheel wont work :(


Im using Slack 11, and a logitech MX300 connected to the ps2 port throug a usb to ps2 convertor...

How can i make the wheel work?

Do you have a USB port that you could plug the mouse into? I've seen lots of problems with mouse wheels not working on PS/2, but they work fine on USB...

Make sure you have the following in the mouse configuration settings section of your /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Code:
Option "Protocol" "IMPS/2"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
