mirror folder on another computer

I would like to have my iTunes Music folder on my Windows computer mirrored and synced to my Ubuntu home server. How do I accomplish this?

TIA

plenty of manual ways with basic cp commands, but the tool specifically built for this is rsync, which will synchronize one directory with another. you can run rsync under windows using the cygwin environment, which actually makes it very easy to get working.
