Welcome to LQ.
You might look into Google Translate ( https://translate.google.com/). It is not perfect, but be assured that for many LQ members, English is a second, sometimes a third language. We will work with you.

Hi traeumer,
Welcome to LQ.
As said above LQ is an English forum.
Besides, I am also an native French speaker.

Hello and welcome to the forum
The basis for LQ being an English only forum can be found in the LQ rules here.
Quote:
All member-created content should be in English. This allows our moderators to ensure all content complies with all LQ rules. In addition, we recommend you avoid sms/l33t speak in the technical fora. Avoiding sms/l33t speak will improve question clarity and increase the chance of receiving a helpful response.

Regards...

Hello and welcome! I recommend that you try to write in English, even if your knowledge of it is not perfect. This forum in fact only accepts contents written in English, for practical reasons: the majority of its members, including the moderators, is English-speaking and doesn't understand French.

traeumer,

Hi there, Welcome to LQ.
Anyway, bienvenue.

All of you please refrain from showing off your prowess at using google translate or showing your proficiency with the French language.
As cited, this is an English only forum. If this discussion degrades into showmanship of the French language I will have to close this thread.
Please also note that the OP has never replied beyond their first post.

Showing off? Well, I don't think anyone did. Perhaps welcoming a new member, and showing that this is a friendly and international forum? You see, English, though widely diffused, is not the only language in the world, and although LQ is an English-speaking forum I would expect a bit of understanding from moderation, at least on a "new member" thread, especially when members are trying to let the OP know about the forum's rules. I guess that's why the OP didn't reply yet?
BTW, I suggest to move this to the appropriate section.
