whoot. day late dollar short my friend. my buddy here at work joined mandrake club. and got isos for me yesterday burned them and brought them in today sitting here at work wanting to goto store 2 buy new hdd lol
For now you have to download everything from Mandrake mirror servers and then install it from a hard drive or DVD-R/DVD+R. You can use a program like wget. Do not forget to make a boot floppy or CD.
Hmm, was I mistaken? I just downloaded three isos from this ftp ftp://sunsite.mff.cuni.cz/OS/Linux/D.../mandrake/iso/
and it sure looks like Mandrake 10.0 Ce
the filnename is :Mandrakelinux-10.0-Community-Download-CD1.i586.iso
aith.
So the problems I'm facing installing it could well be solved in the official version?
When will the official version isos be available for dl? Anybody know?
