Malware via webpages??

hi

ok, so if i take every precaution out there, and that i dont even install software off the internet, then how can my computer be infected?

Someone mentioned that if we visit a website, that we can be infected.

But dont we need to install the malware? If we don't install anything, then how can anyone possibly have control of our computer?

Is this related to any of your other threads;

etc... ?

In answer to your question; you don't need to actually "install any software from the internet" for your computer to be "infected". You could simply follow a link that contains a malicious script, and that's it...
