making usb key bootable


Hi linux geeks ...
I have been using fedora10 for a year and want to upgrade to 12.Now I have an iso file and have mounted it to usb key. I need to make the drive bootable.But unfortunately, I dont know how to do it. Somebody help me please ,when u r free.

Thank you all.Any command to do from terminal? I googled many times and found no exect solution.
