make a fedora dvd on windows?

is this possible?

i grabbed the cds, and want to make a dvd so i can install it but the cds are sitting on the windows machine

is it possible to mount the cds using daemon tools, then manually copy the
RPMS folder of each cd into a folder then burn that folder to a dvd (with same structure as the cds)?

i will give it a go anyway, and wait to see if anyone posts the real way
