macromedia flash

i am using fedore core 3 and i was surfing a page that require macromedia flash when it downloaded it couldn't install can someone help.

Theres specific instructions for downloading/installing the flashplayer - i.e. you have to accept their licence etc etc.This is the start location for getting it, you need to unpack it with the "tar" command and then theres a readme in the unpacked directory/file to tell you what you'll need to do/where to put it when you run the installer.

Hello Joe,

For Fedora there is a easier way to install Macromedia Flash, just download the flash-plugin-7.0.25-1.i386.rpm file from one of the mirrors found on http://macromedia.mplug.org/

Then just run, as root rpm -Uvh flash-plugin-7.0.25-1.i386.rpm
