Lost menu Xfce

I seem to have lost the menu bar! Haha, with the browser button, and the Settings, and stuff. I don't know how, I was cruisin' in Firefox, and it kinda disapeared on me. Like I mis-clicked or something. Any ideas? And I don't think it's just hidden, as I don't see the edge anywhere...

It's probably a little late, but I thought I'd add this in case anyone else comes across this so they don't try to reinstall. Unless you also lost your right-click menu there's probably a way to open a terminal from that. You can usually get to a console by typing ctl-alt-F1. I think starting xfce4-panel would work to start from here but I'm not certain. If you did lose the right-click menu that gets started with xfce4-desktop (I think, I just switched to fluxbox so I can't check without loging out).
