WAG I would say LogWatch detected a scan of some ports by that IP address, (which the moderators should have blanked , as that implies that there is a cracker residing at the IP I get scanned every time connect, many times. I wouldn't worry about it. Your machine detected it so hopefully your firewall dropped it.
