Question LogWatch

I'm getting the following messages in my LogWatch and have found no solutions anywhere in the forums. Does anyone know the cause of these messages, the impact, and how to resolve them I'm especially concerned about the binfmt-8086 message since it shows that it tried 14 times.

--------------------- ModProbe Begin ------------------------

Can't locate these modules:
eth1: 2 Time(s)
binfmt-8086: 14 Time(s)
