Loading printer on windows client

I have Mandrake Linux running as a SAMBA server. I also have CUPS running. Is there a way to install printers on my Windows client with a the web browser. I know that this can be done with Novell iPrint and with a Windows 2003 print server. Will it also load the driver for the printer?

Thanks for your help.
Rick
