Which linux version are you using ?
Anyhow any linux distro has a update manager .
Start the update manager as root and see if there are updates for you're system.

vksm;
So far--after 5 posts--you:
1. Have not posted any follow-up or thanked people for their help.
2. Have never said "please"
This pattern will make it more difficult to get help here.

I wanted to get Linux updates as are available from magazine "Linux For U".
Is there any website which keeps track of what's going on in the Linux world.
By Linux I mean Linux not any kernel or a particular distribution !!
Thanks !

~sHyLoCk~
Thanks for bothering !
http://kernelnewbies.org/
I have seen this website before, but I have found its forums are not so active ! I have not tried its mailing list though !
http://lwn.net/Kernel/Index/
This site seemed to contain lots of info regarding the kernel...
EDIT:
Many thanks to u for pointing http://lxer.com/ news website ! I had not seen it before !
