Yeah, i'm pretty sure my hard drive is bad. I will replace it as soon as i can, but would having a faulty hard drive slow down internet processes?

yes i thonk faulty hdd can slow down the system as well
try low level format on ur harddrive before going for a new one
it may correct ur drive!!!

Ok, I'll do that..Just gotta make backups of everything first.. Should be fun. should i do a quick or full low level format?
