Linux 7.0 Installation Problem

I am trying to install RH Linux7.0 on my system with win 98
in dual boot mode.

win 98 is in C: and I have created /,/boot,/home and /swap
partitions using disk druid and I installed LiLo in MBR.

But after copying all files it is not creating boot disk.
it is giving message -- error creating boot disk insert new formatted
disk .I have used another floppy but it is giving same error.

after skipping boot disk creation it completes installation and displays
congrats message but after pressing enter it displays some lines
in black and white and last line includes fatal: open /dev/hda : no such file
or folder and it reboots in windows without asking to choose any
os.

I have reinstalled it in workstation mode also but same problems occur.
