libstdc++.so.5 missing for Fluent

Dear all,
I've got a crucial problem with running the Fluent code on my new opteron.
I've got Fedora 4 installed, I've successfully installed Fluent, but when I try to run it, it always tells me, that the libstdc++.so.5 is missing, cannot be found. The strange thing is, that this library IS installed and can be found in my /usr/lib directory.
Has anybody else come accross this kind of trouble? I'm really getting crazy.

Thank

Josef

Hi,
here's the outcome:
root@localhost ~]# ldconfig -v|grep libstdc++.so.5
ldconfig: Path `/usr/lib64/mysql' given more than once
libstdc++.so.5 -> libstdc++.so.5.0.7

Has anybody an idea what could be wrong???

Thanks a lot for any help. I'm getting crazy about this
