Kubuntu and Wireless,


allright, so im a Ubuntu user but figured, what the hay lets try out Kubuntu.
i just installed it on my dell desktop, and do not have internet connection.
i have a wireless USB adapter plugged in and the netgear installation cd, in which i need to run autorun.exe.

i dont know what to do.
i need internet, and cant run the file, and dont have internet to download wine or anything (dont even know if there is WINE on Kubuntu (lol)).

please help a newb.

i have a asus running windows 7, running off the wireless to submit such novice of questions.

please mention your network adapter model, there may be wireless driver for linux otherwise you need to install ndiswrapper.

how to install wifi on linux
