Keyboard Problems


Hello everyone-
I just installed Linux for the first time.....no problems on the install, but when I get to the command line log on screen my keyboard doesn't work. Any ideas?

What kind of keyboad is it?
AT
basic ps2
usb
one with lots of stupid buttons

usb...yeah also one with lots of stupid buttons....it is an hp internet keyboard

It sounds like you don't have any usb support loaded - try using a PS2 keyboard to start with then configure your usb one once you are in.
