Keyboard mapping in gnome 3 with MS Ergo 4000 KB

I wanted to swap my ctrl, alt keys on left side of keyboard to alt windows key. Also swap on right but to alt menu key.

I managed to figure out by using the tweak tool with following settings.

Typing-> Ctrl key position-> Left Alt as Ctrl, Left Ctrl as Wi...
Typing-> Alt Win Behavior-> Ctrl is mapped to Alt keys, Alt...

I get lctrl swapped to lalt. lalt swapped to win key.
On the right ralt to rctrl.

So when I press menu key in an application I get different results depending on app. Usually some drop down menu. Sometimes nothing happens I went to keyboard shortcuts. Seems to me that would be the cause. Couldn't find a solution in setting-> keyboard-> shortcuts.

That key is in between the alt and ctrl key. Also with this current setup for some reason right ctrl does nothing.

edited 07/24/2015 4:05pm: I found that the key is the context menu key. Also short cut is shift + f10. Just need to make this key right alt.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Fedora 22
Gnome 3.16.2

Thanks,
